i cant even be mad his reaction bc it can definitely be unsettling to find out that a completely different version of you is being written by someone you dont even know. fanfic authors exist, but what they create are simply fantasies. there is a need to separate whats real and what isnt. how we can go about doing that is by NOT shoving our fantasized images of our idols into their faces (like how the fan did). idols were human before they were celebrities, and they should be treated as such. what ryeojoon does is strange in itself, but at the very least he does not push his ideas onto his bandmates or try to make his ships/pairings come true.
