These latest three chapters really said “rollercoaster”

Every time I see an update from this I just feel my heart drop for the MC. Like, who’s going to rape him today? Who’s going to hurt him for no reason? Who’s going to dehumanize him now? I think I’ll have to put this on hold till it’s done or further along… I don’t think the “ML” will ever truly change because his love is twisted.

The slow burn is just slow with no burn.
So you’d think the plot would carry the story and keep things interesting…. But even then I’m finding the plot slow and boring. Likely dropping for now and returning when the story is complete in the next 4 years.

Because of his interference, people that should have died are alive and people that should have lived (longer) are dead… I hope that this is the only case we’ll see of the latter because the MC starts pushing himself harder to kill monsters faster.
