The manga is in Japanese. Most people here can't read Japanese. There is no English translation I'm aware of.
Buy it to support the artist, sure, but I spoke with the scanlating team working on this and other Ichikawa Kei projects. They're working so hard out of their own schedule and do it for free. We need to respect them too, they're doing this as a hobby and we shouldn't take them for granted either.
