Sean was a surrogate, he ended up having twins instead of only one baby. He is hiding that he is Emily’s father so that he can keep her. His other baby was given to a “rich family” that he was the surrogate for. I would assume that would be the child that Kyle has. So I believe Kyle is probably the father of both Emily and his child.
Also low key I cried when Jake realized he killed the baby. He definitely has anger and possessiveness issues but that was fucking sad. I feel really bad for Sean.
