You do realise that it's the scans that is not complete and not the manga itself right? Goodness, I admit some mangakas are able to write two manga at the same time but it's ridiculously taxing and most would not go for that option. They usually end their current manga and write a new one. Seriously if you want to read new chapters search for raws or find some scans group that is willing to scan this manga.
