*Maybe unpopular opinion* And I don't know if I'm being easy cause I can't say I put myself in their shoes ... But Iwaki-san JUST found out that he's got a son ... I mean c'mon that's a little hard to process especially when you're at the top and it's gonna cause a scandal that other people will be affected by it .. It's still a bit early to ask for affection and such .. But he's trying his best to handle it ! And Shou is still lost and trying to find his way and the fact that he's been living a lie his entire life., and even him is still way far from being asked to show affection and genuine love to the father he never knew ( even though he has a father so he at least knows what it's like not like Iwaki-san who's never been there ) .. We're forgetting who to blame here it's THE FUCKING MOTHER who kept them apart for years never knowing each other's existence !!

she is an epitome of horrible parenting. Yeah oh my god Shou is going to be the death of iwaki. He dotes on him even tho he called him 'that boy' but he cares!! (i mean wouldnt it be awkward to call him son right away when they werent even close) He tries to be a good parent even if it wasnt really necessary bec he doesnt even know him till now honestly he could just forsake him bec technically speaking he was forced but Iwaki is such a good person so he still tries.
