But I've noticed that I sometimes don't get notifications for some that update, which is weird. I would suggest starting with the ones you know update frequently and circling down to the ones that only update, say, once a month to give yourself time.

I have to disagree with him bringing it on himself, though. Think of it like a psychotic break, or being triggered through PTSD. You can't really blame them for their reactions because of it.
