Sure thing, In chapter 28 yeonwoo marked Keith when Keith was in rut. Keith showed up to his house on a rainy night after they had their first big fight and yeonwoo decided to mark him.
So in this BL omegas mark alpha and so when they mark(bite their ear) its their alpha so that alpha can't stand another omegas pheromones and cant sleep with someone else unless its omega that marked them
Adding to dani: in this omegaverse for some reason, omegas have a choice in marking their alphas and said alpha can't mark other omegas. It makes for an exclusive link for the alpha to its omega.
