Look his backstory is sad and I do sympathize with it. No child should ever have to grow up like that, but it still doesn't excuse his actions for what he did to Dan. I think the only way to make him somewhat of a likable character is to make him slowly realize that his actions are wrong by no longer having the other characters in the story go along with whatever he says. Kind of like a brutal reality check instead of just having Dan automatically treat him differently just because he knows his lore.
No. Make him brutally understand why he's in the wrong and have him seriously reflect on everything in a way that anyone can see he's regretful. I'm only saying this because I don't want this to be another instance where everyone hates the story because one character wasn't written to have a human process to progress. If that makes sense

God damn it i was HOPING this wouldnt be part of the plot KILL HIM

I don't think it's worse, the scene doesn't last long only a few panels. It can be said worse in the sense that Yeseung is that old man's muse. The Mc goes to the gallery to work and sees all these erotic paintings and sculptures of him and asks Yeseung what his relationship with the artist is and if he's proud that he's stripping for him too.

Not raws but mtl upto latest chapter. Don't post on any socmed please
