I dont like how easily she bow to her subordinates (look how deep her bow is).. hey you're the 1st princess.. maintain your dignity n pride a lil bit more..

Well yeah but I didn't have a problem with the apologizing thing... you can just apologize and bow head lil bit it's already really respectful if your rank is higher.. no need to bow your whole body like that.. i don't think that's a good manner for 'leader' to behave like that. It'll makes u look easy

I feel like she did it to prove her point : she went strongly about why she did what she did, even if she could have handle it differently. Then, because she's someone who does take her role as a queen seriously, she recognize her mistake. The more someone is high in rank, and the more the bow is sincere and big, the more I am (as the other watching her) "shocked" and the more I tend to belive in her and to respect her. I think she could do that bc the other were her subordinate and she wanted to have their loyalty. She wouldn't played the same game if it were someone else. But then again, I don't really understand how deep the "bow" goes in tradition and ideology, so maybe I'm wrong, it was just how I felt

Ahhh I see I get what you mean. I think maybe the mangaka wanted to portray that Pryde wanted to deeply and seriously apologize (90° straight bow in japanese means that it's reserved only for formal apology) that even though her intentions were right, she's still a royalty and she's still a 11 year old kid, first princess at that.
Oh my god it's all messed up
