I think one of them died in the past cuz the other one saved him and the other one is still alive and I think he is the grandfather of that student cuz he says that they have a piano at home and he learned to paly that song from his grandfather (in the first ch he said that his grandfather feels nostalgic reading the novel) and that's why the blond guy isn't loosing him self to the memories it's just a theory so it can be totally wrong which I think it is

I think it’s the grandfather was their friend Bc it said the students grandfather owned the sweets shop and they had the same surname and in one of the memories of their past life the grandfather was in it because a boy mentioned they would treat someone to a sweet from his shop and that’s why the grandfather is so nostalgic but I’m not sure tho

yeah i also think that grandpa is one of the boy that both leads knows.... thats why its nostalgic. he didnt lose himself is probably becz he respect his wishes of the new him but he still wished to meet his past lover from that time and tell him something. the other one lost himself most likely becz his desire to be together forever even if he have to take over his other self.
Can anyone explain to me why are they fighting I read it twice but couldn't understand the uke`s problem
Same.. Like wtaf just cz his friend is his unrequited love he made a big fuss and all these problems
My interpretation: He loved that guy he knew in college VERY much. He was heartbroken when he found out he had a lover. All these years later, now that he’s moved on with the section chief, he found out that the section chief was his unrequited love’s former lover. I guess it’s stirring up ugly feelings. It’s stupid. Section chief is right to keep it pushing.
Honestly i feel that he just wanted section chief to reassure him but since he didnt and started talking about self pity instead it got weird now theyre both just in love with each other with angsty feelings in the way LOL
