This author really has a habit of leaving us hanging with good stories but not developing them for a truly satisfying ending. Well it’s too bad. I liked this story better than the one with Oniku just because it had more development. Such a shame tho!
But I hope they don’t “fix” her mom by giving her a subplot that makes us pity her cause she’s an actual abuser.

This one story has like all the cliché elements of isekai mangas. Death by overwork. Reincarnation as an abused character. Contract with villain. Becomes child. It’s kinda overwhelming lmao.

A yorishiro needs to have a seal for it to be a yorishiro (at least I think). That’s why because of the recent chapters where number six’s yorishiro is said to be the girl I feel like hanako’s is probably tsukasa. Some theories say it’s yashiro tho.
i think its tsukasa right now, but I wonder if a Yorishiro can change? I think that since tsukasa became an apparition, probs bc hes a yorishiro, then when yashiro dies, she might become hanakos yorishiro. her name also means 'eight', so this could potentially be a hint
Yooo I totally didn’t realize. That’s a big game changer huh. If the eight in her name hints at her becoming a school wonder then she can’t be hanako’s yorishiro. I think that’s the most likely scenario.
I’ve said this before and though I do think that short stories are nice this author always cuts good stories short!! I mean there was so much going on. So much tension and what was that all about with the trans brother. I guess maybe the author wanted to leave it to our interpretation. This was really nice I hope they both live a happy life together.
Also the rating is kinda low especially considering how high some other mangas are rated despite being meh. This is a strong nine I mean just cause it handles a very dark subject doesn’t mean it’s automatically bad.
