83 chapters in and we’re only just shown how psychotic he is. Character development (if any) would probably be in Chapter 170 any less than that is rushed. If we factor in a kidnapping (if any), amnesia (if any), involve any gangsters (if any), multiple 2nd leads and some chasing/groveling arc this story could rival One Piece.
