I really loved this manga so much, it is one of those ones that will stay close to my heart. However, was Jirou and Aoi the main couple? If they were, their story was really short. I would've loved if it was explained more a little bit. Nonetheless, it's such a beautiful manga!
They’re not the main couple. They’re the prequel couple to give context to Kudo and Miyauchi’s developing relationship. The cover had us all fooled lol but it’s alright. At least they had a part in the story and it’s wonderfully written. We aso see their children grow. I’d love to read more extra stories tho. ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ

You are right about not being MD business in a particular way, but in this case Chanwoo was the one who approaches MD to ask for "permission", so it's CW fault to involved MD.
