i finally got around to reading the last chapters of this and getting closure on this manga i've been reading for years lol! i may reread it to re-experience it as a whole now

tbh the ending felt a little abrupt to me bc i felt like there were still issues between mafuyu and uenoyama, and they (and the band) started to feel very distanced, but then it was kinda disregarded and everything got wrapped up nicely at the end...

either way this manga is so special to me and the author is so talented at creating such visceral emotions in her characters, and she told such a poignant story of grief. ue and mafuyu will always have a special place in my heart <3

honestly i started reading this to get more simon and baz since i finished the trilogy (which i've been loving) but i didn't expect cath to worm her way into my heart...she is so painfully relatable, and acts exactly like me in college rn hhhh wish i had a cute guy to force my walls down lmao
