
wow i actually really enjoyed this. the love and progression of the relationship felt real. also guys.....bisexuality is a thing you know? and that aside you don't always have to put a label on everything, you can just exist and love who you want
that said i will say i think the trope of having feelings for another guy, but he's the only "exception" is kinda annoying. feels like they're trying to make the homosexuality easier to swallow by making the characters not /really/ gay
whenever i read this author's works, i feel so inexplicably sad. her writing is always so poetic, but also kinda lonely. its hard for me to fully grasp the feelings being conveyed bc they are so complex.
