What bothers me, is that the manga makes it out that it wasn't rape because the seme didn't fight back. Recent studies have shown that 70% of woman suffer tonic immobility during rape which means they at least loss part of their ability to move, and under the myth this manga perpetuates, it is not rape unless the victim fights back despite the medical evidence showing the difficulty in this standard. This myth has caused a lot of damage because in some U.S.A. state courts, the victim cannot win a rape case unless they can state that they fought back.
