I dont know lol but there's a typical plot format that most bls follow. So I'm just going with my assumption
For example:
Character 1 hurts character 2; character 2 is upset, character 2 is upset/goes through a "transformation process" aka they completely leave character 1 and suffer terribly and then move on, character 1 enters the groveling period where they realise that they like character 2(either see the character 1 with someone else or "new information is uncovered that changes everything"). Then they grovel and attempt to win the character back.
It's a bit different though cause our mc hurt the ml in the beginning of the story but who knowsss
Welp see you in 40 chapters when the turn tables
Well now you have to spoiler me
What happens??
there is nothing to spoil this shit doesn't even have 40 chapters yet lmao but if you wanna know s1 ends up with the ml crashing out hard
But why?
I'm not spoiling anything lol I don't know what happens. I'm just following the plot format that most bls follow

it's going to happen after their last date and basically the ml is going to assume that the mc i going to leave him
