You know how the Japanese have that saying, "Those who call others idiots are idiots themselves?" There should be a similar one that says, "Those who insist they aren't stalkers are indeed stalkers."
I have an unhealthy relationship with this series and with the dynamic between Yukari and George. I just rewatched/reread the whole thing several times over the last 2-3 days, for the first time since (I think) high school. My fan-feelings for George are particularly hard to describe -- but I think that's part of the point of his character design.
I think this chapter marks a real turning point for everyone involved.
