I broke up with a guy I had been dating and three days later he slept with a friend of mine. It was NOT cheating. Both of them were single adults at that time, and it was NOT my business what they did. And I had NO RIGHT to complain, because I broke up with HIM. NOT the other way around, and we WERE broken up. Yes, I stayed friends with her. NO, I did NOT get back with him, even though he wanted to, but NOT because of them sleeping together, but because he would not fix the issues that led to the break up in the first place.
I think FL was out of line to call it cheating for this exact reason. SHE broke up with HIM (NOT the other way around). At that point, she had no right to decide who he slept with. ESPECIALLY since she was the one who broke up with him. It is called rebounding and it HAPPENS. Now, if he had been sleeping with other women BEFORE they broke up officially, THAT would have been cheating.
And yes, I did side with Ross on the whole "We were broken up/on a break" thing. For the very same reason.

I never returned to the guy because he didn't fix the problem that caused me to break up with him. Things like not wanting ME to watch the movie The Crow, because his ex-wife (now that I think about it, I must have been 20, not 19 and him about 21-22. It was a LONG time ago), left him for a guy that LOOKED SIMILAR to Brandon Lee, and other stupid, inane things. He didn't like that I wore grungies to a grungie-style place, etc. There is also the fact that he tried getting people to tell me he would kill himself if I didn't take him back and started acting uber crazy. Had he NOT acted like that, and had he faced and FIXED his issues, yes, I can honestly say, I would have taken him back and that I would have been fine with it.
I am not saying that should be the case for everyone. And I can definitely understand the FL NOT wanting to work things out at that time. But to call it cheating is incorrect. And this is 5 years later. They have both had time to grow and change and fix the issues that caused the break up in the first place (none of which were red-flag deal-breakers). Some people can change. And in this case, they both did. He learned that women shouldn't be forced into stereo-type lives, and that he needed to respect her views and efforts, and she learned how to properly juggle career, family and that it is okay to open up and trust someone and to sometimes depend on that someone. When they were younger, neither had the knowledge or tools to understand or maintain a serious, long-term relationship. Now they do. It is that simple.
On a side note, I will agree that the "I cant resist to my appetite." comment was just plain CRASS and he could have defined his youthful stupidity in a much better way. But sometimes people talk first and think second. Even as mature adults.
And to be clear, he DID state that in the past-tense, not the present-tense. So it is not an issue anymore.

When he told only how he cried in his cousin's arms I felt a big relief in my heart. But I dont care I think this is cheating too! I mean u are a married man and ur child die and ur wife get a big eclipse in herself and you went to your naked cousin's arms? :))) hell no man. But other hand I can understand why he didnt cared about his cousin because in that choreography so many cousins raised as a siblings especially if family bond was high. So he didnt saw a woman. And neither she didnt saw a man. They saw each others as a siblings. Oh and everyone asked why she was naked too, so let me explain;when people threw up because of the alchol in the a shower their body temperature will be really lowered because of that. And body will get a shock because of the temperature low. And that's a first aid for the get him a little warm and get a normal temperature for him. When people hug each other while naked, their body temperature can rise faster than while they used a blanket. So probably she use that method because of the panic. But yes I think he is wrong. And I think if I was FL I will never forgive him for that until the day which one he can taste his own medicine.
