The book world is the "real world" evrything he read actual happped. When he was is the omgaverse world after he lost the baby he created in his head the non omegavers world. After both the mc and the ml died in the book they were transport into the non omegaverse world. The ml no longer members the omegaverse world casue of the trama it caused. The camping scene was basically the end of the non omgaverse world so the mc was reincarnated in the real world again. The ML does not get reincarnated tell later like in chapter 15ish don't quote me on that at all. Rn both the mc and ml rember the old real workd and the fake world. The mc think the real world is fake casue he got PTSD the ml dose not know the mc knows about being reincarnated. Both are trying to fix the book ending

MLs fam is the protector of MCs fam, from their old ancestors time, they have this bond & promises. MLs ancestor sworn to protect MCs ancestor even aftr generation up to MC & ML time which is the present. Bcos MCs fam have this curse that they will not reach above 20 or something. MCs 2 older sibling are close with MLs (ML is the oldest, another female, then youngest is Muryeong which is MCs closest friend). That is why ML is overprotective (even the whole fam) of MCs bcos he is the only remaining Seo. To put it simply, they are not relatives but close fam friend, super close.
