Actually, she has no reason to be traumatized. I know she's a newbie in the "love" thing, but it's obvious that sometimes feelings are not mutual. Is she 10 years old or sth? Is she going to be a sworn single all her life because she turned down somebody during her school years? The last episode made me like her a bit less. :/
I get where you're coming from, but knowing Anna's character and mannerisms, I at least, can tap into how she is feeling at the moment and how scared and unsure of her sudden emotions she is. On top of that she's heartbroken because she feels like she ruined a friendship and hurt one of her friends, so I think she has a right to be traumatized in a sense
But if, because she "ruined" one friendship, she decides to ruin another by avoiding her friend, there is something really stupid about it.

I think Anna is not traumatized, she's just really sad because he broke his friend's heart and she got a fever because she cried a lot.
I have really good health and defenses... but the few times that I've cried a lot in one day I got fever or a strong migraine because of that... it happens
I swear if this is dragged on and she pulls a "I'm so confused, let me think about my feelings, I like both mochi and naachan" I will actually lose it. JUst turn him down! We all ship Anna and Naachan! ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
