Look up what doujinshi means, it does not automatically mean fan-fiction. I think this is an original.
doujinshis are mangas that are self published by the author sooo it means they are outside the industry.... usually it is the works of amateurs but some pros are also making it

just hear me out but this one called levelling up only by eating it’s similar in the way that the mc becomes op but its like a cuter version (⌒▽⌒)
When you are asking for good adventure/acton like isekais with male leads, I'd reccomend these:
- Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi - it's an isekai with male mc, despite him not being much of a fighter it's pretty funny, especially because of his fighting monster companion, truthfully one of my favorites in the isekai genre
- Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken - i heard it even has an anime, so you may already know it; if not it's definitively a must read
- Tensei Kenja no Isekai Raifu ~Daini no Shokugyo wo Ete, Sekai Saikyou ni Narimashita~ - isekai, op male lead, the plot may be nothing special, but the monster companions are funny here as well but in a completely different way than the first rec
- Saihate no Paladin - you kinda forget that this is actually isekai as you continue reading it but i like it pretty much
- Dungeon reset
- FFF-Class Trashhero - it has a chibi like artstyle but it's pretty nice and the mc is kinda hilarious as a trashhero but you can also pretty much understand why he is like he is as you continue reading

Kinda but it's not really an important part of the ending. It's more like a footnote to tie loose ends. The novel focuses completely on the action and then in the end they just kinda tie it up with a "normal lifestyle" bullshit
