I don't think her brothers are toxic tho, they didn't know better or were made to not know better? Like her father clearly hates her and that's what he thought his sons? I mean she had a good relationship with her second brother before some incident?

Sorry to pop your little bubble they verbally and physically abused and neglected her growing up. They didnt know what they were doing, but that doesnt justify that what they did was right. And them thinking that they still deserve forgiveness is the most disgusting thing they have ever done. Therefore They are toxic

So we judging children now because of the behavior they were taught? :)
They actually understand now what they did wrong. It's hard to go against your parents especially if they abuse you mentally (that's what their father did, glaring at you while you're good to liz and facing consequences) oldest son went against their father and got beaten, because he accepted the fact he was shit -

From her eyes her brothers completely neglected and abandoned her. Even if yes, the brothers were children and influenced by their piece of shit father (which is honestly a horrible thing to happen to them), it is still completely Char’s decision on if she wants to forgive them or not. It seems pretty clear that she doesn’t feel like she can do that and wants to go her own separate way. And yet they can’t even respect that one decision she’s made. They’re just inserting their own guilt and ideals onto her. It’s not her burden to bear.

-started acting nice when she left. They had plenty of time. And their Father is terrible. They have the AUDACITY to act sincere and shit when they only want to be forgiven because they need the satisfaction. So what if they changed, what matters is the damage that they caused. But this is my point of you considering how this is how im treated in my household

Also yeah, I may understand small children but they clearly continued this behavior after they grew older and only grew interested in forming a relationship with her when she became successful and her talents were recognized. Even the older brother only felt regret for the first time when he saw her swordfighting with the prince only because “our house has lost so much talent” like what kinda BS is that. You don’t feel regret for the years of abuse you gave her?? They don’t know her at all. All that they seek is her powerful self, or her child self, or some idea of her that they’ve constructed.

For real, wtf did she do? The only thing she wants is her family and she found it in Athy so WTF u fuckin hating on her -.-, they are what? 12? So you were mature as a 12 year old and never did any mistakes nor were you naive? Srsly. Btw I'm up for spoilers... so if someone knows something pls hahahah

Okay I can break this down, a Jeanette hate is a byproduct of other issues that the webtoon artist created.
The biggest being that it's been about an irl year here since readers saw Claude get screwed up forgot Athy and is now currently in a coma. Thing is that LN had Claude get better a lot sooner like when Luca show up again. But the webtoon is taking a different direction which is causing issues one being the pacing we're facing.
Next is on Jeanette, the readers are already fully aware of the Uncle issues before season 1 ended. So now we have to sit here and watch this girl be manipulated by an asshole while being deprived of one of the biggest hooks of the webtoon Athy and Claude's parent-child bonding. If both were put together than maybe it would be fine, like a parallel between how each is being raised but we aren't getting that so yeah.
TLDR Jeanette isn't the issue so much as the season 2 on a whole having issues and Jeanette is symbol of those issues by association.
Can ffs someone tell me when they will make out? I mean at least a kiss or something, that's all I ask right now
Someone on the comments section said we are 4 chapters away from the first kiss scene, so...
