A while back I read this shoujo manga where the ML is the head of this committee or something and he’s very strict about following the rules. Other details I remember are: two members of the committee are dating which is against the school rules and he changes the clock to be ahead a couple min to trick them to think he broke the rules to save the FL but he didn’t. I keep remembering those details but can’t find the manga T_T please help me find it !
