How was the movie? I just recently started watching gintama for the first time.......at first I didn't want to watch cause it had a lot of eps but once I started ohmygosh I loved it........tbh this is one of my fav anime.....

How tf could I forget katsura and Elizabeth......Zura rap was THE best......
The movie was Enjoyable from start to finish. I laughed, i cried and bid farewell to Gintama with a smile. Hehe xD The scene transition between flashback and present during the battle was really cool. The voice acting was great as always. Ahhh i'll miss Odd jobs and the others T_T

The manga doesn't explain that very well. The Japanese do love their step-siblings...
This wasn't explained either until later on. So you need to wait for quite a few chapters before the reveal because it does create quite an impact on the svhemings of turning black into white and everyone still think that the brother is his biological son. I do feel that the manga doesn't convey the novel very well but it's still alright. I simply want to see their scheming sides got drawn because that's the part I love the most about the novel.
They do the "big" reveal in chapter 5. I love how dramatic Jargo was after all that and Andrim was acting like a humble hero. He is so funny. There are 6 chapters in total in this volume. It just came out about two weeks ago. Sounds like the artist hinted a volume two but no date.
