I get the gist of the conversation, but I'm not familiar with some of the sounds/exclamations that they make.
This is basically what the dialogue says:
1st panel - ”The day has finally arrived that I get to see the band rehearse. Ah, I’m going to be late!"
2nd panel - “He said that the place should be around here.”
3rd panel - “What?! Here?”
4th panel - “Wow, ah ah ah…”
5th panel - “I’m really sorry that I arrived late… What?! All the other people have already left?”
6th panel - “Oh, come in!”
7th panel - “I’m envious at how well you understand music.” “Well, I’m envious at how well you draw.”
8th panel - “Right, why do you play the drums while listening to music?” “Because I am trying to find inspiration."
