guys don't really hit puberty in full swing till they're 16-17. also you can be called an adult and still be legally a kid

Asian guy added Redhead guy "ssi" to his name (ch 5) and ssi in Koren is added when you are "of higher status or above them" if im corect. Thats probably why Redhead said Asian is an adult because maybe it can be used as saying that you are older than someone or higher as in age?
