I’m not really sure about light adventure but Elqueeness is very similar to this. The MC is reincarnated at the Elemental king and I saw mistaken as the other gender even though he has a genderless body. It’s really funny I recommend it!
Leveling Up By Only Eating is fairly similar but it does have quite a few differences.
