Lol I think because of the MC he never meets the FL. And she had a positive influence on him to value others I guess so the problem regarding him overworking his aide into an early grave never occurred. Honestly I think this whole thing would have been fine without the mage arc lol. It does get boring, which was disappointing because I enjoyed the art.

At 1st i was like i dont wanna see her past with that trash but wow... Mincheol had everything to be the male lead of a high school romance manhwa. He is kind of a complex character, cant judge him on only one page. He was her anchor back then and ngl the way he was clinging to her is every girl's wish with their crush really shows poverty can ruin even the best people, might be the only manhwa that shows it so well...
