Basically the author admitted being a p3do. It could be a joke... or not. Idrk what kind of humor the author has so it could be taken the wrong way. If it is, it's a dangerous joke since some authors end up being p3dos irl

I think it's a reference to other dating games or BL manga. Though I haven't played any of those games, so it does seem pretty out of place. A lot of dating or otome games like to include forbidden options or bad endings. I would think most would have one incest route at the most. If this were a real game, players would complain that it's unbalanced.
