And its kinda weird how people are babying nine saying things like "Awww poor nine poor baby" Nine is an adult, he should understand that Melissa is not obligated to do what he says and people should also realize that!!!

And mellissa is also adult as well I'm not babying nine but he cares for her. And nine neither giving her any order or looking down on her. Or he's shoving his love onto her!!
I guess you didn't read what knight told her. She's reckless begin strong doesn't mean you'll stop every odds in your way. She's or any women in this world is obligated to do what other says but if I'm doing something dangerous people who cares about me will definitely stop me..there is a different. I hope you understand.i love and respect her a lot but this chapter it's just she proved that she doesn't know about nine at all.she thinks if she gave nine his fav food he'll be happy for nine he's mellissa friend more than Buttler but she forgot to tell him about her plans.how left out he must felt. Not everything is about love here.if you're giving priority to mellissa's feelings then try to think about nine's too :)

Yes ,I understand that and I also feel kinda bad for nine but the amount of people hating/being annoyed at Melissa solely because she's a little dense is concerning.
And I really sympathize with Melissa, because when Nine was telling her those things she felt like she was weak and that she was being viewed as a glass doll. Melissa might have forgotten to tell Nine, but after she realized that she explained everything in detail and told him all the things she did to be sure that she's safe, but Nine got angry and it made me kinda annoyed sorry

No don't say sorry and you're right too.. it's their friendly quarrel. It will be sort oit too when she will understand his reasons. And when nine will realised that he's overreacting when he could spoke with her calmly. Hope mellissa realised nine who truly cares for her not looking down on her. I mean I don't think she overreacted based on the cumulative interferences Nine has done on the basis of "protecting" her. I feel like he's sulking because he can't protect her in the way HE wants to, but their relationship doesn't call for that in the first place. Melissa obviously cares a lot for Nine and her disregard of his seemingly "obvious' feelings isn't soemthing she should be criticized for.

Nine does not see her as a “glass doll” and if you’ve even read the story this far, you should be able to tell. Did you read what the female knight said? You probably did, but ignored it. Nine is not underestimating her. He never had. He is just concerned, as any fucking friend would be. And disregarding that and trying to make it more than it already is, is wrong.

Because Melissa is in a “vulnerable” position, she thinks that any sort of concern towards her is ridicule and undermining of her abilities, it’s not. Melissa needs to go through some character development with that.

Nine has depended on her more than any other character in this damn manwha. He obviously doesn’t think of her as a ‘weak human.’ It’s normal for someone who is close to you to be concerned especially if you’re going to drink poison and risk your life. Even if there is a high probability of success.

Melissa's feelings that she is being looked down upon are completely valid and I also think that she needs some help but it's not a reason for people to say she's overreacting, because as you've just said she's in a position where she thinks she's being looked down upon so of course she's gonna react like that and its not like she can read minds so
