The background premise is that this is an Otome reincarnate kind of story, but it's mainly background information.
The Iris regains her memories that her world reflects and otome game she played etc. She remembered at the first chapter, she was the villainous female against the MC who is the baron's daughter.
The story starts where the game left off, the MC of the game(Baron's daughter), went the prince route who was formerly Iris's fiance and who she was in love with.
Her brother Bern was also one of the love candidates for the game and thus is one of the baron's daughter's groupies since he's in love with her.
As the villain of the game Iris was thrown out of school, her engagement annulled and her brother hates her for bullying Yuri because he's in love with her.
Now Iris is picking up the pieces and moving forward without.

Oh, also all the servants currently hate Bern for what he did to his sister. All of those around Iris were orphans that she picked up and helped since she was young so they feel dying devotion towards her, thus disdain to Bern and anyone related to why Iris was kicked out of school.
