In this manwha you have to take into consideration that there are pheromones involved and all that stuff. It's clear Eunhyun consented to sex but when he starts getting embarrased about wanting it and pulls back Taeju can tell he doesn't really want to. He even tells Taeju he doesn't understand himself or what he wants but he will figure it out later, he always pulls back or shuts down when he is realizing his feelings or he is enjoying something, this is why Taeju keeps pushing him, and yeah annoying him a little but without hurting him like last time. It's the way I see it.
