Well, the "heartless" comment I made was for fun, I really didn't mean it. I get your point, sometimes it's hard to like some characters and it's normal. I can't say I liked her from the beginning, but I really like the development I see in her personality!

Yeah. Good for Hozumi! Hopefully Yamato would start growing up as well and start using words and try for once in his life to properly explain his actions instead of thinking the r/s is only for one person to decide how it goes.

But who knows. I'm not sure the author would show Yamato maturing or growing up. He might stay immature and selfish forever.

Yes.It's definitely a possibility that we'll have little room for character development in this stage or the author might change the direction of the sail and gives us more a solid ending.I don't know how many chapters more left to the manga but I hope the latter happens.

You know the one that I truly think is immature and stuck in a cycle is Yamato right? Not once has he tried to actually ACT like the adult he believes he is. Not once has he tried to talk it out with Hozumi like a mature person. Instead he rather do his own thing and expect Hozumi to simply understand. Till the end, he repeats the same mistakes over and over, it's tiring. Yamato is not only selfish but he's immature. And even till the end, he's the same. It's not Hozumi that is the problem.

If I was stuck in a r/s with an ass like Yamato who thinks he can make all the decision for me, who thinks he can just simply do what he wants without thinking or talking to me, then I rather be alone. There is no point to such relationship if only one person is acting like they are in one.

In my mind..I was rooting for Hozumi to have a character development..From an emotional mess to a mature person.To decide that once and for all he needs to "really" face it and realize that he has to do this..this life changing decision.. FOR HIMSELF..to be a better version of himself...if Yamato was one of the catalyst for this change then so be it..But the thing is..he didn't change all that much.I don't feel or see it in the recent chapter.
As for Yamato...I don't an ounce of connection with him.I didn't root for him to be honest. I can't empathize with his character.He's really a lackluster partner.
