It took me a while to get that the one who was chased by MXY was JGY as in the drama they stated that it was his wife. But wasn't it made up by JGY to kick MXY out of the clan? So why would he make himself to be the harassed one?
If I remember from the novel, I think MXY's harassment of JGY is legit. They said it was his wife in the drama because of cencorship.

Reminder, this is an illegal manga site. Actual mangas typically get released regularly in magazines in Japan, and it may take months or years after for translations groups in other countries to decide and work on translating them.

Give the novel a go. It is currently ongoing and has over 930+ chapters for now. I guess we have to wait for a long time to see a ending.
But don't be discouraged to read it for this fact. The World building, the pace, the characters especially the mc and ml and their relationship, all of these are a total chef kiss. No matter how much I praise the author for creating this amazing novel, it will fall short.
Even if it takes forever I'm looking forward to see the manhwa adapting the novel fully with all the scenes!
