Ask any author, most cases of sexual harassment (except intercourse) are not even considered sexual assault, especially in the yaoi genre. Also if you're not into yaoi maybe stop reading and move to bl fluff? They're super sweet and you can impose your discretion there, or notice and learn about the genre you're reading.
