Idk what exactly are you referring to, but Peter is the same person, the one who tortured the people in the hospital, and the one who tortured Victor as well, Ian doesn't know that "his friend Peter" was the person who did all those horrible things, because Peter had this facade of being "a person who escaped from the hospital too", to gain Ian's trust and Peter gave him "something" he needed to hide, but then Peter was killed (I hope this helped)

Yes! Ian escaped on his own, and idk how much time passed but I think it was a coincidence that Ian and Peter met. The history doesn't specify it yet but there are clues that indicates that Peter completed his experiment on the "erasing tattoo" drug or vaccine or something like that and went into hiding for some reason, so we can guess that Ian has the final recipe (? For the drug, I guess Peter gained his trust because nobody will suspect of Ian having that information so it's "safe" but he died so we don't know if Ian was going to play some roll on Peter's plan
YES , the story is hinting that whatever peter left for ian to hide is extremely important , and I am guessing now that ian trusts van he will eventually tell him his story and we will know how he met peter in the first place.

This was a little cringe to be honest , also she would have died at least twice if the bad men didnt fall in love with her , I didnt like the superwoman vibes. Still it is good and quick to read. But wont get more than a 6 out of 10 and that is for how it started it was good .

She never wanted to work with her ex she had no choice, he is literally the leader of this whole war. She made no choice to find him it was always him initiating.
