So, basically, what I've gotten from all this is that kang moo started the club to get info on rich people. While he was in the states, it went down the drain and turned dirty. He decided enough was enough and the other guys pissed him off and he knew the sister who was raped and decided that was a catalyst to clean house. Brother was just a pawn to get the other guys off his trail. He tricked all the guys into thinking one of the other guys were the ones doing the killings, slowly breaking down the group till he gets it down to one...now what he does with the brother at the end...idk.. still completely confused. Kind of think the brother will kill him...
