I doubt it. But what are the chances of a male omega getting pregnant off his own sperm. Do male omegas produce sperm?? If they're masturbating in the front, and then masturbate with the same hand in the back, there is the chance of sperm getting it. If they do it enough, I'd say there is the chance of conception. But then, in the omegaverse, maybe their bodies made it biologically impossible. Or like my earlier thought, they don't produce sperm. I can't think of any male omega x omega pairing stories so I haven't thought about it. Oh well, cute story~
I feel like in most omegaverses, omega sperm and (male) omega ova aren't compatible. Often the same goes more or less for beta sperm as well. It's an interesting idea though:) I guess the baby would be a near-clone? All the genetic material comes from one parent, but with a random reshuffling.
Also, in verses where female alphas produce sperm they should be at an even bigger risk for this I guess, due to the closer layout:P

But I think male and female. I don't think I've ever read a story where a male omega got a female pregnant. I always thought they'd be sterile in the front. The omegaverse has no set rules so who knows lol
In Tadaima, Okaeiri there is a side character who has a child from a male/female omega relationship, but I can't think of a case where a male omega gets a beta or alpha woman pregnant.

Interesting. But I doubt it too. I've read many omegaverse/yaoi in general, where they say that fingers can't go too deep. I'm guessing the diccu should be super close to the omega's *uterus to conceive. Which I guess is physically impossible alone. Unless will do with artificial insemination or surrogation using owns sperm, which has a very small chance and would (again I guess) casue mutations. Alpha inpregnates an alpha (okusama wa alpha)
