Sometimes I forget how old everyone is supposed to be too, and the visuals do make it confusing in addition to the pacing.
I am thinking he is like 19 now, he is the same age as her older brother and he was like 6 or 7 when she was born and she is like 12 or 13 now so that is why I am thinking that. But the author does not do well drawing characters their proper age. So it is pretty hard to tell.
