Tbh I don’t know if we should call the Director/Dr by (he/him) yet mainly because, from what I’ve seen, they’ve just been beefin referring to them as ‘they/them’ I think we should do the same!!
Again let’s look at the title of this story and try to be understanding of Minato. He’s learning to properly love, deal with his emotions etc, why do y’all think he’d just automatically change after the first book? He’s trying and this recent chapter is proof of that (by him taking time away from the other ml to get his emotions in check) but it’s also proof that the way he goes about things isn’t always right. Honestly if my mom found out her husband was cheating and blamed me for it and then K!LL3D HERSELF I’d have trust issues too!! Back off him!!
I think the problem is I do understand it’s a one shot but the author wastes time on parts that aren’t needed. Instead of two trips to the beach there could’ve been a montage of them spending time together as a family. Then the ending wouldn’t feel so rushed. On top of that him accepting that the first child is his easily but not the second doesn’t make sense (at least to me) it was such a green flag till that part. Now he’s a beige flag, what happens if she were to get pregnant again? Would he go and throw another tantrum??
He’s not a green flag, he’s a green country. He literally listened and properly comprehend all of the fl’s concerns and made corrections to be a better person and father. I think the fl was just a concerned mother who went through her own stuff and kinda sorta put them on the ml and his family. I’m happy it worked out in the end though. I kinda felt so rushed though idk
This is the second book for this series (?) I’ve read where the ml says/does something very weird to the fl, besides that Gwen was honestly such a good person. I think it would’ve been better to have Alex and Gwen get together after Gwen finished giving birth.
I thought Will was just being a good ex but after he said “you look even more pretty with the plastic surgery” in knew it was downhill from there. And then Adrienne just going back to Milwaukee (broke might i adid) instead of suing tf out of the hospital and whoever ok’ed her getting plastic surgery to get her to look more like Cynthia. Will blaming her for getting amnesia and thinking she planned it as if she wasn’t backed into a corner to be ‘Cynthia’ from the JUMP. Why would she get back with Will??? Though this story DID have problems, this story flowed so well and honestly didn’t feel too rushed. JUSTICE TO ADRIENNE!!!
I binge read this and tbh I don’t think it’s bad per se but it definitely could’ve been better executed lol. It felt a little rushed and at the same time the r*p3 as conflict wasn’t needed. In the end you can’t expect any manga in this format to be a 5 star work ☠☠ the art is so pretty tho
