I'm gonna be honest I feel like he's the only MC where I feel like his behaviour ISNT annoying. Since the beginning the ml has basically said that he was "using" him and didn't want a relationship and MC said of course because he didn't want to lose him and because he never had a healthy relationship in his life and has really low self esteem. I wouldn't want to expose my burden if I was in his place because I would he scared of overstaying my welcome and being a burden.

Very true. Mc knows nothing about ml except for what he was told which is that he is an assistant. I mean mc has loan sharks stalking him instead of his father so it's a case of "I believe you until you give me a reason not to". The ml appears to be the mc's only mental and emotional get away. Mc likes ml unconditionally which is nice now because when they get serious I believe the ml will start getting anxious because of all the lies which may make the mc ghost ml for a bit.
