i actually haven't finished reading the whole novel lol so i could only tell the things i've read. so far i haven't seen any scenes that allude to yeongwoo knowing about joyoon being in a coma, so i can't confirm whether it happens or not

i reread again to make sure i got everything right and i was a little mistaken, they did sleep together. basically what happened was taejung was dead drunk and yeongwoo started kissing him but then taejung woke up and thought it was joyoon so they had sex. in the morning he woke up, saw the wound on yeongwoo's face (which was from a bar fight, i was right, because yeongwoo refused to have sex with a man who made advances at him) and thought he forced yeongwoo to do it. the rest is how i described. yeongwoo eventually told taejung the truth and well, taejung got rightfully angry, and they broke up for good afterwards

he does. the manhwa omitted quite a few of taejung's screen time, but the novel painted taejung's dilemma very well. there's quite a lot of scenes where taejung dwells with his guilt and regret, and he knows very well how he's hurt joyoon and he doesn't deserve to be with him anymore. he's also hurt by the situation and he made terrible choices to protect his own feelings, but at the end of the day, i realize he's one of the victims of this awful tragedy that caused an 8 year relationship to end. i actually ended up feeling really bad for him haha, and so do most of the commenters in novel's website. taejung and joyoon eventually apologize to each other and i think they're healing and walking their own paths now
