So based on recent ud, the ghost can manipulate people to see what they like because the ghost didn’t know that the MC sees the manager on him.
Second, the other bottom brown haired was also played by the ghost but then the MC caught the ghost attention (filming him while yknow) so he now bothers the MC.
Third, now that the ghosts bothers the MC, the manager who is also linked/possesed? by the ghost, starts to have dreams which is what the ghost does to MC. It might make him think that he like the MC because of those dreams. (￣∇￣")
