That's because the mgg bot grabs an MTL ch from somewhere else first. Then a few days later moonflower uploads a properly translated chapter and gets the chapter replaced. If you can't see the quality difference between a properly translated ch with all the sfx done and an MTL ch with shitty MTL and no SFX done, I fear you have bigger problems than a sense of deja Vu.
