Yeah seriously! Sorry I didn't see this first. It has all of these:
- unrequited love on both sides. Not ex but functionally the same thing.
- mc slept around and want interested in anything serious. Their entire relationship so far is basically him whoring himself out lol.
- third and fourth parties potential with unrequiteds on both sides, and therefore s love square.
- one character's first time, the other sleeps around so which ever you dislike you're bound to get.
- rape by way of alcohol if you count it (I do) but it's defo dubcon. The secondary character is also VERY pushy and main even outright said in this last chapter that secondary KEEPS doing things main asks him repeatedly not to. The other way around, main won't be with secondary, making him jump through hoops in order to get any semblance of a relationship whatsoever, and yet still has the audacity to complain he isn't getting any... to which he then complains secondary does things he doesn't want, but I mean fair, just also mildly ironic.
Basically, they're both really big dbags. I don't even know if I'm on board and I'm 18 chapters in and still subbed to this Trainwreck (imo. It's well done, I'm just really not vibing with this whole ass thing).

I totally get that. I'm 40 and a few years ago I roll played being my OC from My Little Pony to escape dealing with my mom's death. I'm also heavily disabled so every day is painful. Most excruciating, but I do have good days where I get a bit of a reprieve and it's around a 4-5 on the pain scale as opposed to my usually 8-10.
My point here was that I totally understand wanting to escape if not quite what your going through. I'm also sorry that you too need the escape.

It's called “For My Abandoned Love.” There are heavy themes and it's basically about someone being sent to a world from a book where there is a live triangle. The person who didn't get the girl takes his own life and the story is about the main character getting revenge for him. I'll spoil a little for you so you know why I suggested it. If you don't want to know, stop reading here.
[The mc gets sent back in time to the point where the book ended and life continued on afterward. She then goes to actually physically help the jilted character cope with his mental health struggles and get back at the main characters of the book itself who caused his pain. It's gentle and kind toward him and ruthless in a very deserved manner toward them. The reason I thought to suggest it was because of what you're going through has anything to do with the themes you didn't want to read about in the personal trainer story, it may give you some catharsis to see the unrequited love get his revenge for being treated so terribly by people he thought were his friends]
