They have two sons ( Pete and Cecil) and one daughter.
Josh was pregnant again during that phone call in the last chapter of the main story of KML, but the manhwa adaption left it out. We later find out the gender, during that party in the sides stories Yeonwoo mentions that they now also have a daughter, but she is still too small to bring along.

I totally forgot about that part!! Still confused why chase dressed cecil as a girl, i feel like the manhwa left out so many details in the story

It just wasn't adapted to manhwa,yet. KML in novel form has more side stories than the manhwa, because the author tends to add side stories at a later point. There are several stories missing.
One side story is about Yeonwoo and Spence visiting Josh and meeting Cecil for the first time. That one explains it. At first it was Josh and Cecil hated it, and after meeting Spence he accepted it. He still doesn't really like to wear cute/girls clothes, he actually only does it for Josh and Spence.

Ohhh thank youuu this makes more sense!! It might take a while to see more of the kids since the story just started

I remember him saying it suits him, when Cecil was complaining waking up in a pink shirt and white shorts. And Pete then mentioned that Josh said that Cecil looks like Chase when he was a kid, who sometimes wears womans clothes.

We know from KML that Josh first love was Chase dressed as a little girl in the chocolate commercial
and that he likes to see Chase in woman's clothes.

And if seems the author made a few of the Millers and some of their partners kind of into it. That's why it's probably not that strange for them.lol

Ashley, that pervert, for example one of his fetishes is Koi wearing womens clothes in private, also stuff not meant to seen in public. The children are aware of that, since they found those clothes when they were still small.

Chase sometimes wears them for his job.... and sometimes forJosh, lol. Af least Cecil mentioned that.

The book and manhwa are completely different. In the book no happens other than the release of unwanted pheromones. The book plot is better but read it after the manhwa is finished or you’ll be disappointed by the manhwa.
