i don’t think they are aiming to progress with the plot since this is already in their future. but sure there will be a lot to unfold once they started with the plot like last time when they reveal his dad is big group heir.

Is the anime accurate to the manga or the novel? I noticed some differences, and I would like it to be exactly like it is in the novel.
i dont read the novel but the anime cuts some scene to make it quicker, they also cut some lines to make the maomao inner monologues shorter which i personally dont like cause i think what maomao thinks is essential but whatever.
I agree. I mean, I won't read the manga anymore at this point. I don't want to realize if they've changed anything or not. I'm just gonna assume they're making it like it is in the novel.
I think that even in the manga they cut some parts of the nove from the inner dialogues so it makes sense that it’s different, in a tv series you need to have some rhythm and there is a limit to the slow burn even in the plot
