Also, am I the only one wondering why is the emperor acting like Charlotte is his only daughter? If he cares so much then why not marry Archduke to his legitimate daughter? Like he never even mentioned the possibility of anyone other than Charlotte getting married. Shouldn’t that princess be down for it too? Since that could greatly strengthen her position as he has the highest status in society? It irks me that everyone gotta kiss his ass too no matter what
Okay, I have many thoughts here.
1. The emperor gotta go. Not only is he a deadbeat father, but also a greedy, power-hungry psycho. I don’t see how Cortinians, or however u spell that, are the villains at any point here. I really hope his conquest and atrocities committed by the army won’t be just brushed off. If she inherits the throne then I hope she puts an end to it.
2. Grand duke gotta go, do we even need to explain? Jeez not only is he insufferable, but he ain’t even very significant either. His character honestly makes no sense to me, it’s not very well-rounded.
3. I think I like John the most as a character so far, he seems the most rounded and deep, also has a very interesting chemistry with the FL and is clearly pretty useful and resourceful. I wonder if he has a hidden identity with his trade secrets.
4. Okay… now the ML. Hear me out, I DO like him, okay? But I just think he’s a bit… bland? Like his whole character is just rich, hot and jealous/possessive. He has no depth and for such a powerful man he hasn’t really been useful to the FL much. He hasn’t been of any help when it comes to strengthening her position, she did that all by herself. He’s pretty stuck up btw, with how he clearly looks down on many people, especially commoners and their environment. He’s rather ignorant, wasn’t shown as super intelligent either. I don’t even get why it took them so long to investigate that assassination case? Especially the Fl seemed way too unbothered about it. His PTSD valid, he hasn’t been much of help when it comes to defense either, but that’s an interesting character trait. Just nothing else really made up for it. I wish his relationship with his sister was more explored too.
Overall, I do like the story, but I think characters are pretty superficial, they don’t have much depth. I wish they were more rounded, especially ML. He’s just cliche, but doesn’t really stand out ability wise.
Just to add my last 2 cents, what Kai is doing is very much like sex trafficking. Sell your body for me to pay off your/your family’s debt? Seems familiar?
Yeah, I’m dropping it. Not forcing him? Cause “Let me fuck you or get literally tortured/cut to pieces” is such a choice! Like father like son truly. Is author trying to make this look consensual? Do they think that’s somehow not SA? I feel like I would rather have them do it outright than try to paint this as consensual sex buddies and turn it into romance. This is so disgusting I literally felt sick. Fuck that. Good luck to the rest of y’all. Hang in there for the main couple.

This guy does literally EVERYTHING to make Axel HATE him. Does he think that’s how u get people to like you? Sure, assault will def make him wanna fuck you. Be so fr. I know Axel is far from being a saint but he didn’t deserve things this guy did to him. He’s genuinely a psycho.
Also, I don’t remember, can anyone tell me if we ever actually got any evidence that Axel outed Onyx? Or was it just assumed due to his past actions?

Like seriously, he should learn how to act.
Words cannot describe how much I adore Lyrica. She’s probably my favorite child-manhwa MC. I don’t wanna have kids in the future, but if Lyrica were to be my daughter then I would do it in a heartbeat

Also, am I the only one that finds his “love” a bit weird? They barely had any chance to bond, they didn’t meet or talk much, they don’t really even know each other very well, he never showed any affection or interest in her. Like idk, it’s just kinda out of nowhere? Just my opinion.
I wonder who he is? Golden hair is usually royalty, but here it can’t be. Is he an angel? A fairy?
Also, green hair is hot
I kind of have a feeling that at one point we will see the kid’s mother come back. Like idk if she will be the villain and try to take the kid from them, but I just think it’s very possible that we see a plot point where she comes back cause she wants to be in the kids life
They are so affectionate, caring and very compatible too. I keep saying it, but their relationship is just so natural, you can physically feel the love they have for each other.
Also, I wish I had the charisma Ho has He’s just so naturally attractive and kind of seductive, without even trying

1. I completely understand Pietro’s reasons, but I still think he was way too harsh on her. I wish he was at least a little less cold. I wonder if he will genuinely acknowledge her as a daughter (like call her that himself). It’s heartbreaking to know she doesn’t make it, I’m sure he will also have a lot of regrets when that happens.
2. Damn, it seems like Rafael was a crazy bastard since childhood. But he grew up with Pietro, so doesn’t it mean he knows what he looks like as well? How did he not recognize him?
3. Hanna is too pure for this webtoon, she’s adorable
Was “I want you to meet my dying sister” from get-go really that hard to say? Like when he first asked her to go with him. Like bruh… I get he had his reasons, but he went the worst possible way about it. And now she saved his sister and he accidentally shot her cause he tried to kill someone who was important to her (I know it was self-defense, but I really think Lirica would’ve stopped Rauv from hurting them).
